DESCRIPTION

The Stilt House is a wonder of nature packed into a wooden cabin, full of thoughtful, loving details.

It offers plenty of space: 40 m² of living area plus an additional 18 m² sleeping area on the “second floor.” Large panoramic windows facing Berlepsch Castle and the forest promise beautiful views. The furniture is crafted from the finest cherry wood, and the house can accommodate up to 8 people. A rustic cast-iron stove provides warmth on cold winter nights.

Old oak windows, cherry wood wall paneling, and a uniquely laid oak floor give the house a special and open atmosphere. Staying in the Stilt House becomes a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

AMENITIES AND FURNISHINGS

Each house is designed around a unique theme and individually built using natural materials. All houses are stylishly furnished with solid wood furniture. The selection of furnishings is based on quality materials and solid craftsmanship.

All treehouses offer ample storage, comfortable seating, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the forest.

DOGS

...well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome at Robin’s Nest and in the treehouses. There is a one-time fee of €30 per dog.

House cleaning, bed linen, guest towel, shower towel, sauna use, breakfast buffet, and free parking on the premises.

Bathrobe and sauna towel are available at the restaurant for a rental fee of €5.

Per stay, we charge an energy fee upon departure: €5 p/p

We offer a rich breakfast buffet from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Booking Conditions

• Single-night arrival days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Double-night arrival days: Friday and Sunday

• No arrivals or departures possible: Saturday and Monday

CANCELLATION PERIODS & FEES

Your reservation is confirmed with a down payment of 50% of the total price of the stay. Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival incurs a processing fee of 25,00 €. Cancellation 27-14 days before arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the down payment. Cancellation 13- 7 days before arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 70% and cancellation less than 6 days before arrival incurs a fee of 90% of the downpayment.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend our guests the inclusion of cancellation insurance.

We arrange travel insurance in the status of a license-exempt Annex mediator according to § 34d Abs. 8 Nr. 1 Gewerbeordnung (GewO).
