Description

A sided house with sloping walls. The beech trunk leads directly through the house and invites you to strengthen yourself. It has half height larch wood paneling on the walls. The other part is painted with white clay base. Accommodating 4 people with a double bed and 2 bunk beds accessed by oak wood ladders that are permanently installed. The tree house has large windows that let in a lot of light. The view from approx. 7 meters height is wonderful. An electric heater provides warmth, even in low winter nights.

A generous cherry wood table invites to conversations and games evenings. The tree house is reached via a large wooden staircase that leads up to a pedestal. From there you have to cross two suspension bridges to get to the entrance. The second pedestal can also be used wonderfully as a terrace.

In the house there is a bio dry toilet and a wash bowl with water galleon. Until our own shower and sanitary house is finished, Berlepsch Castle provides a shower facility, on the ground floor in the public toilets. The castle is located about 150 meters on foot from Baumnest. You can find a toilet in our restaurant on the premises.

EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS

Each house is designed according to its own motto and individually built with natural materials. The houses are stylishly decorated with wildwood furniture and the choice of furniture is based on design, material and quality workmanship.

All treehouses feature shelves and seating for a relaxing holiday in the woods.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome in Robin's nest and in the tree houses.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Bed linen, small guest towel in the separee, free showers in the castle (no towel) and free parking on site.

RESTAURANT

Breakfast buffet (8.30 am to 10.30 am) as well as food, small snacks and a selected range of organic, hot, soft, juices and alcoholic drinks.

CANCELLATION PERIODS & FEES

Your reservation is confirmed with a down payment of 50% of the total price of the stay. Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival incurs a processing fee of 25,00 €. Cancellation 27-14 days before arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the down payment. Cancellation 13- 7 days before arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 70% and cancellation less than 6 days before arrival incurs a fee of 90% of the downpayment.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend our guests the inclusion of cancellation insurance.

We arrange travel insurance in the status of a license-exempt Annex mediator according to § 34d Abs. 8 Nr. 1 Gewerbeordnung (GewO).
